Ohrstücke passen wunderbar und fühlen sich gut beim tragen an.
Bei dem Versand gab es kleinere Schwierigkeiten aber dies wurde auch zügig gelöst und richtiggestellt.
Hörhilfen kamen perfekt voreingestellt nach meinen vorab übersandt Audiogrammen. Eine spätere online Anpassung brachte keine merkbare Verbesserung. Voll zufrieden zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Vielen Dank!
Ich habe für die Postanschrift eine andere Adresse als die Rechnungsadresse angegeben und auch noch mit einer Mail darauf hingewiesen, was nichts genützt hat. Sonst funktionieren die Hörgeräte sehr gut, vielen Dank. mfg milan gessner
Hallo , ich war skeptisch , älterer Rentner , wenn die nächsten 6 Jahre auch so gut verlaufen , dann ist Alles ok .Bis auf die Kabellänge , hatte 4 bestellt 2 wurde geschickt , brauche aber nur die 3 , dass wird aber gelöst . Kaufe sehr selten im Internet .

Die Lieferung des Hörgerätes erfolgte zügig.
Die Installation der App auf mein Iphone war für mich etwas schwierig (mein Sohn hat das für mich gemacht).
Die Ferneinstellung durch Herrn Marvin Müssle läuft super.
